Victory Concrete LLC was founded in August of 2007 and has since continued to grow by leaps and bounds.  We are very proud of our professional and devoted team that has helped make what Victory Concrete is today. Travis Weems, President of Victory Concrete, has an extensive family history in the concrete business which has helped to give Travis his keen & thorough understanding of working with concrete.  After graduating from Sam Houston State University, Travis immediately began working in concrete.  With over seven years of personal experience in concrete Travis has completed hundreds of commercial and residential projects.
